Your subscription is managed in the App Store. Go to Account → Subscription and tap Manage subscription, or open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name and then Subscriptions.

If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. To stop it renewing, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

If this is your first subscription, you can try Premium free for 7 days, with access to all classes and programs. Account → Subscription shows when it ends.

If you do not want to continue, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you will not be charged.

On the free plan you have the welcome guide and a selection of free classes. Other classes show a padlock and unlock with Premium.

Sign in to Noba with the same account you used before (the same email or “Continue with Apple”) and the same Apple Account you paid with. Then go to Account → Subscription and tap Restore purchases.

Each subscription belongs to one Noba account only: the account it was bought with. If it still does not appear, write to us and we will look into it.

Payments are handled by Apple, and so are refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple Account. We cannot issue refunds directly, but we are happy to help if you have questions.

Yes. On a class page, tap the download button. You will find your downloads in My practice → Downloads and can watch them without internet, for example when travelling. You need an active Premium subscription.

If you have an Apple TV or an AirPlay-compatible TV, start the class and tap the AirPlay icon (a rectangle with a triangle) in the player. Choose your TV and the class will play on the big screen.

Your iPhone and TV must be on the same Wi-Fi network.

Yes. The app follows your iPhone’s text size. Go to Settings → Display & Brightness → Text Size and drag the slider to the right.

For even larger text, go to Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text.

Many classes are designed to look after your bones and are marked Osteoporosis friendly. Even so, every body is different: check with your doctor or physiotherapist before you start, and stop if you feel pain.

Tell us in Account → Practice preferences and we will recommend the most suitable classes. You can change or remove it at any time. Please also read our health notice.

Your email appears in Account → Profile while you are signed in. If you signed in with Apple, just tap Continue with Apple again: you do not need to remember it.

If you still cannot find it, write to us and we will help you recover your account.

Check that you typed your email correctly and look in your spam or promotions folders. The code expires after 15 minutes; if more time has passed, ask for a new one in the app.

If it still does not arrive, write to us at hola@nobaapp.com.

In the app, go to Account → Account details → Delete account. We will explain what is deleted and ask you to confirm.

We will delete your profile, practice history, favourites, lists and preferences. This cannot be undone.

Important: deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription. If you do not want it to renew, cancel it first in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
